NOCOMP FZCO is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and financial crime across the COCO PAY CRM platform.
1. Our commitment
We maintain a risk-based compliance programme aligned with applicable UAE anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) regulations and with payment card-network requirements.
2. Know Your Customer / Business (KYC/KYB)
We perform due diligence on merchants and partners before and during onboarding, which may include verification of identity, beneficial ownership, business legitimacy and the nature of the underlying products or services.
3. Transaction monitoring
The platform supports per-MID monitoring of decline and dispute activity and risk thresholds. We monitor for patterns indicative of fraud, abuse or prohibited activity and may suspend processing where risk is identified.
4. Sanctions screening
We screen against applicable sanctions and watch lists and do not knowingly facilitate transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities or jurisdictions.
5. Prohibited & high-risk activity
We do not support businesses or transactions that are illegal, deceptive, or prohibited by card-network rules or our processing partners. We reserve the right to decline or terminate service where activity falls outside our risk appetite.
6. Reporting & record-keeping
We maintain records of transactions and compliance activity for the periods required by law and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and our financial partners.
7. Responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, card-network rules and the requirements of their acquirers and processors. Our programme complements — and does not replace — those obligations.
